Planet Z is the name of Sofia's student film, that took 6 months of production and was released  on January 29th, 2021.

This film is about a retro-futuristic video game, where you are the delivery man for the whole universe which was made to challenge Sofia's capacity to generate backgrounds with aesthetically pleasing colours and compositions to create an ambience that would be attractive to spectator. 

The story, animation, design, and compositing were done by the artist with while the editing and sound FX was done by the Vancouver Film School staff.
